At Pym and Cooper, exceeding our clients expectations is of utmost importance. We achieve this by creating an environment that fosters open, productive communication between the Pym and Cooper team, our tradespeople and the client through each step of the construction process.

In the initial meetings, the client is introduced to every member of the Pym and Cooper team, from the president to the administrative assistant. The client gains an understanding of each member's function and is encouraged to openly communicate with anyone they deem necessary. The client also receives a "Decision Schedule" before construction to guide them through the selection process. This allows the client to keep track of decisions they have made and appointments they are required to make with suppliers, ensuring the smooth and timely construction of their home.

The client is also provided with a "Homeowner Binder" that contains contact information for all Pym and Cooper employees, tradespeople, suppliers, and utilities (Bell, Hydro, Cable, Enbridge, Direct Energy, etc). Additionally, it includes a copy of their survey, a copy of their lot and grading plan, a copy of their paint selections for future reference, and an area where they can insert additional information, such as warranty information for their furnace or major appliances.
