When you ask people why they work so hard, make so many sacrifices, or put up with life's hectic pace, most can justify it all as the pursuit of a better lifestyle. The Community Development team at Pym and Cooper understand that a better lifestyle may be the goal but that it is certainly not the same for each individual. Acquiring land throughout the Niagara Region, they have developed several distinctive communities, each with an assortment of unique new home designs and pricing.
In
1993, with Pym and Cooper's outstanding reputation already established,
American developers selected Pym and Cooper as the builder for their
$60 million residential development in Crystal Beach. The Crystal
Beach Tennis & Yacht Club project, a private-community concept
property, would boast 125 beach homes and a spectacular 1,000 foot
shoreline. Through the development of this new community, Pym and
Cooper have facilitated the rejuvenation of Crystal Beach. Today,
this sleepy, beach-front town has begun to evolve into an enchanting
mix of residents and businesses, showcasing its wonderful quality
of life.
Building
on the success from their Crystal Beach project, Pym and Cooper
continue to explore new opportunities. Leveraging the experiences
and relationships gained over the years, Pym and Cooper have gone
on to develop other unique communities. More recently, they have
developed The Village in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Beverly
Landing in Port Robinson. Each of these developments has targeted
a completely different market niche, focusing on customers with
varying tastes and expectations.
